Perry girls fall to Louisville Mercy 45-37

On Saturday, the Perry County Central Lady Commodores hosted Louisville Mercy. The Commodores fell behind early in this contest, and struggled throughout the game to catch up. However, the Lady Commodores would not be able to pull off the comeback.

Perry Central would not be able to find their range early in the game, and quickly fell behind 26-13 in the first period. The second period would go a little better for the Lady Commodores, but they would still go into the locker room trailing (34-26).

The Lady Commodores would not make up any ground in the third period, but they would not lose any either. With eight minutes to play, Perry Central trailed 45-37.

Perry Central would not be able to make up the difference down the stretch, and eventually fell 59-50.
