Tthe Perry County Central Lady Commodores hosted the Jenkins Lady Cavaliers last week. The Lady Commodores lost to the Lady Cavaliers 9-0 in the first week of the season, but were able to avenge the loss with a 4-2 win.

The Lady Commodores would get all the runs they would need to win the game in the first inning as they pushed three runs across the plate. Perry Central would pick up another run in the third inning, giving them the 4-0 lead.

However, Perry Central was able to cut the rally short, and went on to win the game by the final count of 4-2.
