Chamber recognizes local businesses during annual event

The Hazard Perry County Chamber of Commerce held its annual business appreciation breakfast on Oct. 29, recognizing several local businesses and individuals for their work and the services they provide in the local community.
Arch Coal was awarded the Best Service Business Award in the large business category for chamber members, while The Hazard Herald was awarded in the small business category. Other awards were presented in categories including best retail, government agency, and food service among several others.
