The Perry County Central Lady Commodores last week hosted the Hazard Lady Bulldogs in soccer action. The Lady Bulldogs got on the board first, but could not keep the Lady Commodores away from the goal in the second half.

The game went back and forth for most of the first half. Hazard was able to find the back of the goal midway through the half. Carmen Shepherd took a pass from McKenzie Bowling and squeezed it past the goalie for the lead. The lead held as the halftime score.

Perry Central went to work in the second half, tying the game early. Dallas Coots took as hard pass from Kelsey Lowe, and barely got it past the goalie. Coots would score the decisive goal later in the period, to give the Lady Commodores the 2-1 win. The assist on the play would go to Lindsey McIntyre.
