Two members were sworn in on Thursday to serve on Hazard Community and Technical College’s board of directors. Shirley Engle, pictured at left, has previously served on the board as a staff representative. Christian Callihan, pictured at center, began his term as student representative. He is taking the seat vacated by Megan Smith, who term as the student representative on the board just ended. The two members were sworn in by Doug Fraley, HCTC’s vice president of student services.
