Perry County woman faces juvenile sex charges
A Perry County woman was arrested last week on charges related to solicitation of a minor. Betty Grace Feltner, 23, of Hazard, was arrested on Feb. 20, and has been charged with one count of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor illicit sex act and one count of prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure the minor.
