Hazard High School and Perry County Central High School would like to announce the inception of their respective school districts' Football Hall of Fame.

All former Hazard, Dilce Combs, M. C. Napier and Perry Central football players are eligible for nomination, along with coaches, managers and other support staff. All nominees are eligible for consideration five years after their high school graduation (2000 and earlier graduates are eligible).

Inductees from Hazard High School will go into the Hazard High School Hall of Fame, while inductees from Dilce Combs, M. C. Napier and Perry Central will go into the Perry Central Hall of Fame.

We are now accepting nominations for the inaugural class. Please fill out the nomination form included in the Sports section of The Hazard Herald and return all Hazard ballots to: Attention Football Hall of jFame Committee, 157 Bulldog Lane, Hazard, Kentucky 41701. All Perry County ballots should be returned to: Attention: Football Hall of Fame Committee, 305 Park Avenue, Hazard, Kentucky 41701.

All inductees will be honored during the first annual Hall of Fame Bowl between Hazard and Perry Central on August 19th, 2005.
