The Hazard Bulldogs on Thursday hosted the Wolfe County Wolves in soccer action. The Bulldogs took the first meeting on the road 7-2.
The Bulldogs took the lead just 14 minutes into the game. And by the half, the margin had grown to 4-0.
Wolfe County struck first in the second half, ending the hopes of a shutout. However, Hazard was just getting warmed up. The Bulldogs would string together an eight-goal rally that would end the game prematurely. The Bulldogs went on to win the game by the final count of 12-2.
