John Cassius Farler, 94, died Tuesday, Dec. 25.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Bellamy Farler of Viper; son John William Farler and wife Patricia Hicks Farler of Viper; grandchildren Laura Farler Fitz and husband John of Pawley’s Island, SC, and Jennifer Farler Adams and husband Brad of Viper; and great-granddaughter Laura Grace Adams of Viper.
He was preceded in death by brothers Bill, Fred, and Ed; and sisters Emma Naeve and Iva Creech
Arrangements were handled by Brashear-Callahan Funeral Home of Viper, where the funeral services were held on Friday, Dec. 28. Interment was at John Farler Cemetery in Viper.
