Bulldogs pick up second win over Breathitt

The Hazard Bulldogs finished off their week with a trip to Jackson to take on the Breathitt County Bobcats. In the first meeting of the season, the Bulldogs won 49-29.

Both teams came out a little timid in the first period, and scoring was at a premium. Breathitt County came out on top 10-9 at the horn. Hazard was able to take the momentum to their side of the floor in the second period, and went into the locker room with the 24-19 advantage.

The Bulldogs picked up the pace in the second half, and pulled away from the Bobcats. At the end of the third period, Hazard held the 46-34 lead, and finished the game strong for the 69-53 win.
