Edith Holland, 70, of Bonnyman, died Sunday, April 21 at the Hazard ARH medical center.


She was the daughter of the late Lax Feltner and the late Zola Fields Feltner, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Holland, and a host of siblings.


She is survived by daughters Bonita Napier and husband Bobby of Combs, Mattie Louvon Johnson and husband Rutherford of Bonnyman, and Sheila Drummond and husband Chris of Hazard; sons Stanley Holland and wife Elizabeth of Bonnyman, and Michael Holland and wife Roberta of Bonnyman; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of siblings, family, and friends.


Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard. Visitation will be held after 5 p.m. at the Second Creek Church of God on Tuesday, April 23. Services will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24 with Rev. Merrill David Collins and Rev. J.L. McIntosh officiating. Interment will be at Howard Cemetery in Willard.
