He was the son of the late Shade Neace and the late Deliah Miller Neace. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Laura Neace.
He is survived by daughters Mary Ellen Noble and Bertha Tolson; sons Marion Neace, Jr. and George Neace; sister Maggie White, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family received friends on Thursday, June 18. The funeral services were at the chapel on Friday, June 19. Interment was at Neace Cemetery located at Dice.
