He was the son of the late Skill Napier and the late Josephine Couch.
He is survived by sisters Augustine Shore, Rose Bevins, and Mary Napier Sumner; brothers Bobby Napier and Lloyd Napier and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard where the family received friends on Thursday, July 16. The funeral service followed with Rev. Steve Haddix officiating. Interment was at Sam Combs Cemetery located at Jeff.
