She was the daughter of the late Billy Combs and the late Kathleen Shepherd Combs.
She is survived by her sister, Brenda Creech; brother David Combs; nieces Naomi Creech and Alisha Campbell; nephew William Combs and a host of family and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family received friends on Friday, August 21. The funeral was at the chapel on Saturday, August 22 with J.T. Eversole officiating. Burial was at Happy Community Cemetery located at Happy.
