He is survived by his mother, Geraldine Hardin; son Andy Blake Neace; sisters Pam Smith, Mary and David Pollard, and Kim and Dewey Miller, and brother John A. Neace.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard where the family received friends on Sunday, October 18. The funeral service was at the funeral home on Monday, October 19 with Rev. Pete Youmans officiating. Interment was at Mud Lick Cemetery located at Mudlick, Ky.
