He was the son of the late James Napier and the late Cilicia Davidson Napier. He was also preceded in death by his brother, JW Napier; sister Lois Janice Napier; nephew Paul Wayne Stidham and nice Sharon Stidham.
He is survived by his sister, Eppie Jane Stidham and a host of family and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard where the family received friends on Monday, June 21. The funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, June 22 with Jim Sluss officiating. Interment was at Red Hill Cemetery located in Chavies.
