He was the son of the late Lewis Napier and the late Clara Patrick.
He is survived by his wife, Cecelia Napier; sons Danny Michael Napier and Christopher Lewis Napier; grandchildren Haley Reed, Alexa Helena Grace and Mason Charles Michael, along with a host of friends and family.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard where the family received friends on Friday, July 2. The funeral service followed with Dana Feltner and Clell Miller officiating. Interment was at Nim Patrick Cemetery located in Bearville.
